Visionary Shamanics Presents a new Desert dub ethnic psychill EP -SALAM ALEIKUM From German Artist PSYCHOZ exploring the mysterious middle eastern traditions.

Hearing the hot desert wind,
sand hissing past,
winging by on the arid deserts breath.
the moon hangs over cast,
in orbit flying above the earth,
in an infinity of stars expanding to emerge,
on the shifting crest of a tall and windswept dune,
contemplating the majesty of starry sky attuned,
hearing a strain of music faint and thin,
riding on the whisper of the desert winds therin,
to look and see a domed palace now,
spices seeming rich and dry waft around,
slowly the sounds of the palace reach the ears,
women singing and the lilting tones of music near,
strange and wonderful the whispering voice of the desert to hear, then vision seen of a mighty gate,
set with gold and moonstone and onyx to amaze,
the gates swing voicelessly open,
A woman stands there robed in white,
black veil obscuring all save for dark eyes,
"Come. It is time" The woman whispers through the desert wind,
to follow her seeming vision of guidance given,
gradually she fades and is gone,
vanished beside a weathered stone,
feeling so thirsty how much further,
suddenly hearing trickle of falling water,
a big pool of refreshment expands,
palm trees surround in this oasis grand,
gift of life sent by spirit in vision,
in these endless expanses of desert arisn.
